Sino—Australian Institute of Tourism and
Hospitality (Abbreviated as SAITH), is a combined educational program
between Chengdu University of Technology
(CDUT) and Australian Institute of Tourism and Hospitality, which was
set up and approved by Sichuan Education Bureau. The goal of this
program is to utilize the advantage of Sino—Australian combined
education mode in international tourism and hospitality field, to explore
the world-connected talented people cultivating method in China under the environment of the
integration of global economy, and to train people in tourism and
hospitality management required by China. The program has a strong background of
CDUT and AITH, possesses perfect conditions for educating, and gets
higher attention from both China and the Australian Government. The
former Australian premier Mr. Bob Hawke wrote to congratulate the
successful founding of this significant program.
